Good afternoon my name is Jack,
I look after the gardens and ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that the flowers and bushes are watered, pruned and well cared for. I have a lot of resident contact. I probably know more of the residents by name than I do the other staff members. They often stop and share their life stores with me. If you see something that needs my attention please let me know. I report to the facility manager so leaving a message with her will be a good way to communicate with me, otherwise leave a message in the maintenance book outside her office.
You can make my life easier by putting your lunch wrappers in the bins provided. Saying hello and passing the time of day is also great, if you have concerns about a resident ask me; I may be able to help.
