Hi I am Jane,
I am the facility manager for this residence.
I am the leader for all of the staff including the kithen staff, the care staff, the registered nurses and the cleaners.
Talk to your team leader when you have a problem, if they can’t solve it they will talk to me.
Remember we are all here to ensure that we have happy residents.
