We all have different roles and responsibilities but we are all customers.
Learn more about who your customers are by talking to them.

For your assessment you will need to know who is a direct or indirect customer, how your team is working and what you can do to be a part of great team.
In order to achieve this you will need to have some more information.
Here are some tasks for you to complete before you do your team work assessment.
- Talk to your team members and find out about their role and responsibilities.
- What are their main duties?
- When do they work?
- Are they a direct member of your team?
- Are they someone you would go to for assistance?
- How do you communicate with them?
- Think about what you could do to make their job easier.
- What do you need from them to make your job easier?
