I am a student at ECU completing a BA in Training and Development. I worked as an Allied Health Manager for an aged care provider for 8 years. My inital training was as a physiotherapist. I have worked in various roles in Aged Care for the past 20 years.
I currently manage a Day Therapy Centre, combining my management and my physiotherapy careers, while doing staff development as part of my leadership role.
This customer serivce training program has been inspired by a unit on E Learning. Although this version is a microcosom of what a professionally designed e learning program could be; I hope that you will find your journey a fruitful one. Join me and strive to offer great customer serivce.
