The IT staff are my customers, so are HR and my team members.
IT and HR are indirect customers.
My team members are my direct customers.
I generally talk to IT and HR staff by email or on the telephone.
I talk to my staff face to face and soemtimes via the email
Understanding the issues that HR and IT are facing is important, follwing correct procedures and being polite and friendly.
My staff respond well to repect and integrity and being listened to.
