Assessment
Instructions
As part of this training you will need to complete some assessments and post these into your workbook.
These will be reviewed and marked by the trainer.
You will receive a final mark which will be provided to your supervisor and will form a part of your personal records.
It is important that you complete this training and the assessments before the end of your probationary period.
If you have a question use the post it note below.
The trainer will answer your questions as soon as possible.
You can ask your supervisor for help at any time.
